FYI, I enjoy visiting antique shops, museums, watching a play, street fairs, concerts in the park, movies, . . . as well as a quiet day at home. As a thrill seeking competitive gymnast, I also have experienced snow skiing, water skiing, white water rafting, kayaking, wind-surfing, racing "Sunfish" sail boats, racing "Hobie Cat" sailboats, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, rock climbing, spelunking, biking, hot-air ballooning, sky diving, bungee jumping, . . . to name a few. Unfortunately major surgery on my right knee in 2015 has slowed me down a bit. I injured it while tumbling as I was preparing for a performance. (. . . something I should not have been doing at age 55!). Some habits are hard to break! Besides playing lead Trumpet in two bands, (one band since 1985 and the other since 2006), I also have a 1930 Ford Model A that I enjoy attending events with. Yep, I have many interests and hobbies. FYI, I don't care much for watching team sports, yet will not complain if the women in my life wants to do so. I'm am a gentleman who is sensitive, kind, generous of heart, and optimistic in outlook. Even my Ex still calls me a "Boy Scout"! I'm NOT a "serial dater". I'm a monogamous "One Woman Only" kind of guy who is looking forward to finding "The One" so that I can get off of dating websites. I earn a consistent upper middle class living that allows me to live well but not lavishly. I’m fit and passionate and curious about almost everything. If having a smart husband seems like too much work then please look elsewhere. I read widely and consistently. If I’m not talking then I will be listening carefully...or reading...maybe watching a little TV. I promise to let you pick what we watch at least half of the time. I love to walk but I prefer biking. The humidity can be very high here so we would need to be smart about exercising outside. I will take you to one of the local beaches if you would enjoy that but you will have to let me stay under a shade umbrella. My complexion is very fair so I don’t really tan. I have been known to go from pale to sunburned while walking to my car...just kinding...mostly.
