I try to be mindful every waking moment because every moment only happens once. Carpe diem! Spiritually, I always try to connect to my Source above. I try to journal my thoughts, actions, and plans to gear me towards being a better person. I am healing my traumas. I have a degree in Biology and studied postgrad on Public Affairs Major in Strategic Planning and Public Policy. I am a tea lover and loves quaint stuff and places. I like to hike, swim, go for walks, and deep conversations. I like sitting in cozy cafรฉs. I like to read books and write. I am currently on a wellness break for healing and recovery from childhood traumas. I believe in our collective healing therefore my healing would also help others heal. I am consuming media and books on mental health and becoming more self aware. The next part would be to apply my knowledge and do the work of the healing process.
